Log in to My Account to access your account information, print your auto ID cards, or email or chat securely with a Customer Contact Center representative. First-time users must register for online access.
Or, call us at 800-999-1030. For auto or property questions, call from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday. For life, annuity or group questions, call from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday.
Payments
Make a one-time premium payment to your auto, property or life policy online via My Account. Or, sign up for Easy Pay to have payments automatically deducted from your bank or credit union account.
You can also make a one-time payment to your auto or property premium without logging in to My Account using our Quick Pay option.
Submit a Claim
Submit a claim online or check the status of an existing claim by logging in to My Account. You can also report a claim by calling us at 800-999-1030.
- Emergency road service claim: For Horace Mann Express Service, call 877-272-0030. For reimbursement, email or fax (888-295-2531) your information.
