Skype: A You-Are-There Teaching Tool
As a teacher, I’m always on the lookout for lesson ideas and fresh material to serve up to my class.  I’ve used Skype on many occasions and I feel it is a great free tool to use to bring education to life in real time.  My class has talked to many different individuals, like writers and artists.  We’ve also Skyped with other classrooms across the country.  The list I put together is a great place to start if you’re looking for new ways of teaching using Skype and a new perspective on some of your current lessons.
