The world is changing every day. One thing I see changing is how people get their “news.” No longer is it through newspapers or even the nightly news, most get their news stories through social media and the internet. Our students will not use newspapers or think of the evening news as the place to go for information.

In my education career I’ve had the opportunity to work as a teacher at the high school level, a building administrator at the junior high level, and now at the district level as a central office administrator.  In all of these positions I’ve either experienced myself or witnessed six common problems that seem to affect all teachers.
