Beautiful bulletin boards

Every year I used to dread covering my bulletin boards with that cheap colored paper that comes on big rolls.  I was tired of risking my life on ladders, armed with a cheap stapler, ripping the paper and failed attempts to make life easier.  All I wanted was beautiful bulletin boards!  It wasn't until a new teacher came into the picture that I learned a new approach to creating boards...
